| Requirements for employee: | - Lead project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning; - Coaching people and pushing the boundaries; - Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution; - Out of the box thinking and „can do“ approach; - Good at written and verbal English & Lithuanian. |
