We are aquariums manufacturer from the UK. We are looking for office administrator/consultant with Office Experience, Excellent English language and solid computer skills.

Area of competence: Office Administration/Product Consultation
Task information: Administrate incoming calls Administrate internal documents Company's product knowledge and client consultation Ability to work with Microsoft Office and Sage programs Administrate company's website, ebay and social network email traffic Daily coordination in the office to keep ordinary and smooth working process in the office Update company's social networks
Requirements: Experience in administration is necessary (at least half a year) Experience in book-keeping is required Higher education Perfect English language (you will be working with UK customers only) Communication skills Customer service skills Computer proficient
