Manufacturing Analyst

Job description:
  • Analyze consumption and production rates and determine production efficiency;
  • Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectation;
  • Complete reports of production progress and work in process;
  • Develop ERP manufacturing set up based on TOC, Lean and other best practices;
  • Work with different teams to plan, analyze and manage production activities;
  • Evolve and deploy roadmap for smart manufacturing (digitalization, preparation for industry 4.0);
  • Develop standard procedures to optimize workflow.
Requirements for employee:
  • University degree;
  • At least 3 – 5 years experience in similar position;
  • Fluent English both written and spoken;
  • You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities;
  • Communication and teamwork skills;
  • Ability to work with challenging deadlines and multitasking;
  • Highly self-motivated, results oriented and capable of independent and critical thinking.
