  The IT Communication and Security Administrator is responsible for the smooth operation of the voice and data network as well as for compliance with the given security guidelines. It handles Incidents and Service requests within the specified SLA
He works closely with the colleagues in Germany and organizes the deployment of our support providers in our international Festo companies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensuring active network operation and ensure high availability (Switching, routing, WLAN, security, Skype for Business, Cloud, AWS, Azure)
  • Network monitoring / network management to detect and eliminate faults at an early stage. (1st level standby)
  • Implementation and operation of the given security policy
  • Documentation preparation
  • Processing of Service Requests and Incidents Within IT Service Management
  • Integration and control of external service providers
  • Integration and transfer of tasks within the team
Требования к работнику:
  • Degree in Engineering Specialization in Telecommunications / Computer Science / Network
  • English – advanced
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in the field of network operation / security
  • Knowledge of current network techniques (Routing, switching, security, WAN / LAN, VPN, WLAN, VoIP, SIP, QoS, WAAS)
  • Knowledge of the products of renowned network equipment (Cisco, McAfee, FortiNet, Microsoft)
  • Knowledge of network analysis and troubleshooting (baselining, monitoring, protocol analysis)
  • Team-orientated, communicable, responsible
  • Preferred computer skills in Microsoft Office, SAP, Cisco IOS (CCNA), Fortnet OS.

Atitinkamai pagal darbuotojų užsienio kalbų žinias, Centrą sudaro 4 grupės: Centrinė Germanų, Šiaurės Germanų, Romanų ir Rytų. Greitai ir atidžiai išanalizuoti bei suvesti duomenys į sistemą leidžia užtikrinti pačią aukščiausią paslaugų kokybę FESTO klientams.

Kompetencijų centras (CCS) teikia įvairias paslaugas Festo įmonėms. Paslaugų spektras labai platus bei įvairus: produkto valdymo ir inžinerijos, informacinių technologijų, finansų, apskaitos, verslo asistavimo, pirkimų, pardavimų, marketingo, tiekimo grandinės operacijų, personalo valdymo srityse.
