Software development company which works with international client’s network currently is looking for HR manager to play an important role within organization while helping to manage and develop people related processes.

Reikalavimai darbuotojui:MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage recruitment and selection process;
  • Administrate documents related with human resources policies and procedures (payroll & benefits, holidays, sick leaves, etc.);
  • Implement and improve motivation, performance management, training & development processes;
  • Maintain company’s culture;
  • Organize internal and external events for company’s employees and community;
  • Support and consult general management about HR related questions. 
Privalumai:IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • High proficiency in English both written and spoken;
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills;
  • Flexibility and quick adaptation to fast-changing situations;
  • High ambition and determination to reach best results;
  • Ability effectively manage and prioritize multiple activities;
  • Being able to make autonomous decisions and take the responsibility.
