Darbo pobūdis:Amber staff client – Camira Fabrics based in Ariogala (travel expenses are covered or transport is provided) are award winning textile innovators specialising in contract upholstery fabrics for commercial interiors and mass passenger transport. The company designs and manufactures its own woven and knitted fabrics at sites in Huddersfield, Nottingham and in Lithuania and has a network of overseas offices and showrooms in Europe, USA and Asia Pacific. Camira employ about 700 people and sell 8 million metres of fabric per year in 80 countries worldwide.

Position purpose:

  • To consistently and effectively drive and deliver the Company’s people strategy to support the Ariogala site in line with our company values, company procedures & legal requirements supporting the achievement of the Vision and Business Strategy;
  • To proactively partner and collaborate with the site Management team in providing practical HR support & solutions that meet business objectives;
  • To create an environment of positive people management, ensuring we attract, develop & retain talented people who are fully engaged and productive;
  • To effectively manage HR administration for the site and contribute to reducing operational costs ensuring all activity is carried out in a cost-effective manner;
  • To actively encourage regular communication on site.

Reikalavimai darbuotojui:Required skills/education/competences:

  • Bachelor degree level qualified. Ideally in HR, management, psychology or law;
  • A number of years post-qualification experience gained in forward-thinking environment;
  • Excellent English (written & spoken), fluency in Lithuanian;
  • A good understanding of strategic & best practice HR;
  • Excellent working knowledge of Lithuanian Labour Code.
