| Job description: | - Set up ad networks and monitor their performance daily
- Manage several ad network dashboards, mediations and waterfalls
- Troubleshoot, test ads and collaborate with QA
- Manage ads quality: report ads that are not suitable for kids
- Analyze large amounts of data and identify patterns for optimisation
- Plan optimisation, A/B test, implement, measure results and iterate

| Requirements for employee: | - Possess strong analytical skills, be data driven and structured
- Be able to multitask and prioritize competing tasks
- Be able to work alone and in a team
- Be goal-oriented and have a “make-it-happen” attitude
- Have excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Advantage: Experience with ad networks or mediation
