Job description:
  • Coordinate workflow of all installing teams at the railway track;
  • Coordinate and communicate to all activities between work involved parties (BANE NOR personnel, LSV, HSV, LFS, point engineer, certified signal expert and. etc.);
  • Preparation of technical documentation (installation manuals, tools, materials and consumables specifications) in a high standard;
  • Daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Project manager;
  • Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements;
  • Assist in the development of project-specific HSE procedures;
  • Support the HSE Manager in ensuring HSE compliance and perform regular HSE audits;
  • Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters;
  • Conduct HSE training and orientation to all new employees;
  • Coordinates delivery of equipment/materials sets to the site according to the schedule.
Requirements for employee:
  • Bachelor's degree (Electric/automation/construction);
  • Management experience: minimum of 3 years, +20 staff;
  • Coaching and training experience (Preferred)
  • Experience working on Construction sites with a minimum of 3 years;
  • Languages: Lithuanian C2 / English B2 / Norwegian B1;
  • Good grips of MS package (word, excel);
  • Time management;
  • Communication skills;
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Driving license:
