| Характер работы: | Key responsibilities: End user computing (computers, phones, printers) in both office area and engineering in manufacturing area (deployment, testing, configuration and maintenance) L1 support for all Baltics users and office/engineering services Support & implementation of regional/global standard ITS and engineering solutions and projects Primary contact for external ITS vendors, internal employees and Baltics management Qualifications: Very good and detailed knowledge of computer and communication technology related to standard market HW; very good knowledge of fundamental operational systems and SW (especially Windows OS) High school or university degree in computation technology Good knowledge of network and server infrastructure and topology concepts Ability to learn and develop himself/herself Positive approach to problem solving and its proactive identification; flexibility Ability to train and explain technical related topics Logical and analytical skills Responsibility acceptance, customer approachLanguages (English, Russian, Lithuanian) If you are interested in this role, please apply for the position by sending your CV in English and Cover Letter till July 16 to *** |
