Darbo pobūdis:YOUR TASKSExecution of preparation of manufacturing software concepts and pilot surveys due to internal and external requirements as well as implementation and maintenance of the selected software. The software connects all the production equipment to one network to ensure process monitoring and traceability. As ENTRY LEVEL JAVA DEVELOPER you will:
  • Set up and support of production PC, install and maintain software for equipment and ensure the system backup procedure according to HELLA standards as well as support preparation of process specific (standard) PFMEAs;
  • Qualification of approved IT and traceability processes for new products, also set up and support the IT process specific production equipment together with the involved partners also to organize and execute workshops for the integration of production software together with internal and external partners;
  • Implementation of manufacturing software in consideration of data protection, data security and availability;
  • Configuring / Administration / Programming of manufacturing software in consideration of the valid Hella security- and data protection regulations as well as monitoring and optimization of the manufacturing system by appropriate system management- and system performance tools;
  • Organization of trainings for the system users and training of the traceability process users in accordance with their needs, participate in project teams for any kind of product / product family related cost improvements.
  • Executing the analysis of process failures / faulty parts as well introduction of improvements, repair of failures.
Reikalavimai darbuotojui:YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate (technical college) in IT/electrical / mechanical engineering or mechatronics;
  • Job-related experience: minimum 1-3 years;
  • Java programing skills;
  • SAP skills or similar software would be advantage;
  • Moderation, communication and project management skills;
  • Basic knowledge in economics, maintenance, technical developments and trends;
  • Language skills: excelent English.
